They have on road and EMI options which is very much supportive to customers . I would suggest all new motorcycle enthusiast to kindly visit here for new enquirys . They have main branch at Kottayam, natakam were services of bajaj bikes can be done. Delivery of bikes is fast which is promising to customer. My pick of Dominar 400 was an excellent choice, hat's off to royal Bajaj .Also Spare parts were easily available because it's Indian motorcycle brand .

Very bad experience. They will do all work without even getting our permission and finally they will provide a huge bill. Best to avoid this dealership.

Very disappointed with their service. It was clearly mentioned at job card that, pls clean carborator , oil every required areas. But, at the time of delivery there was some strange sound from silencer area. At that time, 2-3 service staff were there nobody initiated to solve it. Finally when I complaint they solved. No oiling was done too. Recently, I had done bike service from local mechanic.. Where I came to know that carborator have not cleaned from past few months.. I didn't understand then what that mechanic (royal Bajaj) did!!! Oil change n Air filter change no water service still bill was Rs1500/-

I've been a loyal customer since 2013 and experience was good from this service centre.. Most of the cases vehicle is repaired and delivered on same day itself..
