Hotel was worst, least bothered about maintenance, I never seen this type of hotel in bangalore. full cigarate smell in and out of the room, no bucket, no soap, no towel, no hot water (only they given one by one after I ask) drainage smell wash room, really I was unable to go to wash room. One window glass was broken, they did not even rapair it, if rain comes, rain water will come inside only from that window. AC is there but it is not working, phone is there but it is not working, if I want anything I do not have option to call to reception also, I need to go down and ask. I told them to send service person to bring lunch, but after 30 mints also no one came, so I went down to have lunch, that time I seen, service boy was playing game in reception, No responsibility. Bedsheet was very old and not clean. Full dust in room everywhere.

Staff was okay... Room was very small but clean. As such didn't use any services.. just a night stay.. location was good but far from Yashwantpur Railway Station... There is 2.30 to 3 hr of distance in peak hours... Overall good place to stay.

Worst ever hotel in banglore.its a shame for the hospitality industry for even keeping such at hotel that too in a city like banglore. Faced issues with check in as a/c room was booked and the person at the reception said it's normal non a/c room and there was an argument until they received a call from the agent and then it was done even after showing the voucher the receptionist said I cannot. Had to wait for almost half hour. One big problem with the hotel it's has mass cockroaches all across the hotel rooms and if asked to change the room or do something about it they say, keep the light switched on then there will be no cockroaches. Really pathetic. Should discard these type of hotels from all online portals and also from banglore.

Supereb and excellent hotel with an excellent ease of location. Good rooms,Clean and tidy. Speedy room services . Staffs are very polite and warm . Overall a happy and satisfying stay. Will recommend to the friends & family.

First day in bangalore started with a POLICE COMPLAINT If there were negative rating would have given -100. These people who have worst possible condition of hotel, No phone in room, no water in toilet, a tv whose remote does not work. They are here to exploit people they charged for a whole one day without asking or informing me, and lying on my face that they called me when I said there was no phone in room they said we knocked. Had to file a POLICE COMPLAINT when they by force were trying to take my luggage by threatening me saying police has asked them to keep luggage with them, only when the police came they started talking polite and lying that nothing has happened. My advice : Dont go for it. They charge more than they deserve and then this 'gundagardi'.

worst stay.. receptionist was rude ..bathroom was not clean found hairs everywhere in bathroom as well as in room... windows were broken.. room lights were broken.. room was not clean.. service was poor.. water supply was not there in bathroom.. before check in we fixed a price and while checkout they raised the price... overall it was a worst stay not at all recommending its just waste of money and will ruin your stay...

Lovely room, nice service and the atmosphere was very calm. Food was also good. Overall enjoyed the stay with my friend.

The stay was nice.Room service is good and cleanness of the entire hotel is good. Easy access to public transportation and many restaurants near by.
