Route 66 - Restaurant in Panaji - North Goa, India

Went to Route 66 after a spade of years. They used to be known for their hamburgers and steaks. The decor is bit confusing between a pop-rock and Texan style and bit dated looking. However the 90s music was really nice. The hamburgers luckily were still the old style way and they had not lost their touch here. Served typically with a knife to cut the hamburger. Had the chicken roxette, pork fat boy and beef route 66 special served with old style coke bottles.

A mediocre place for food. Food was just average and very slow! The potato skins we tried were not cooked well and the chicken was over cooked. The day we went the air conditioning was not working and it seemed like they were disinterested to serve.

Awesome Flavours for the palate, Cozy Ambiance, Courteous Waiter..However the manager has no hospitality skills, he came to take our order which we choose from the online menu with the price. One of the dishes we ordered was Bourbon Glazed Pork Ribs which according to the menu was Rs.539/-, wen the bill arrived we were charged Rs.999/- plus GST.. On telling the waiter, he called for the manager and he says you'll ordered half a portion which costs 999/- which served only 4 Ribs.. I inquired if Rs. 539/- served only 2 ribs to which he responded I will change the bill but you pay cash. I said no Cash, the manager responded rudely saying don't tell me how to do my job.. I also noticed another table prior to me had a issue with bill also.. With such amazing quality food, request you'll to improve your staff management.. I would rate the food -5/5, ambience - 4/5, Waiter - 5/5, Manager - Will reduce your business..

Got recommended this place by a friend who comes to Goa often. I'm so glad she did. I don't normally eat burgers but boy I did tonight. It was outstanding. This place is a gem you must visit!!!!

Food was absolutely astounding - wild hog was a gigantic burger will the best pulled pork that fell off the bone I've ever had Would absolutely recommend trying to eat here if you're ever in the area

We stopped at Route 66 for a very late lunch after looking up the restaurant on Google. Since it was an odd hour it was sparse with just one other group. I was quite impressed by the striking interiors and artwork to reflect the pan-American cuisine. The space is open and inviting with the dining furniture comprising solid tables and chairs as well as diner style booths. The staff was courteous and accommodating. We had dietary restrictions and the chef was able to conform to our requests. The food quality and taste was not compromised. Our custom order thin crust vegan pizza was a winner! The cocktails are amazing. A special shout out to Chetana for ensuring our experience was enjoyable!

Super slow service even though the place wasnt crowded much. Food tasted very good but the portion was very less considering the price.
