All arrangements were really good, except for some issue with hotel accommodation. This was sorted, but created a tension

I used RTC service for our Lonavala trip. We got vehicle at a much lower price than what any other car rental company quoted. We were skeptical in the beginning but to our surprise the vehicle was in a very good condition and the driver was also very friendly and cooperative who even showed us places which we weren't aware of. It made our trip even more memorable. Overall a very very good experience with round trip cabs

Excellent cab service. We had hired Chevrolet Tavera from Roundtrip Cab for going to Shirdi from Mumbai. We were 5 of us travelling and had a pleasant journey. We wanted to leave at 7am and the cab reached on time as communicated. The driver was also good, he drove the car very responsibly with least jerks and brakes. With 2 old people in the car we preferred to have the journey with least problems.

Last month i was looking for transport facility for my visit to relatives who lives in Pune. I search on the internet and found this service called Roundtrip cab. I called them for assistance and they gave me options to select the cab as per requirement. I booked a cab and wait for the response from their end. Within a time period their cab reaches our source and they delivered us at our destination. It was nice experience as this driver was very supportive. I would recommend this service to my friends and relative.

I booked their services after reading good reviews but trust me it was the most horrible experience of my life 1. The driver called in morning and my brother and him decided to shift the time to 8:00 am due to traffic issues later on but driver reached the location at 9:00 am. 2. Mid way driver demanded money for fuel (which was inclusive and paid in advanced) and we denied 3. My brother dropped off to another location while their terms and conditions said (garage to garage) but the driver never went to drop off location instead went home but charged my brother for the entire journey from wadala to borivali (drivers home)with time of one and half hrs approx 800/- 4. when i spoke to the company about it Rekha and apparently the owner Hemant Kadam.. they both were rude and covering up for their driver's mistake. They said the policy of 'Garage to Garage ' only applies to the customer and not the company. So this meant, if i take a drop off in wadala but i have to pay untill Malad when the driver drove to Borivalli... where is the ethics? i wasted approx 40 mins in asking the company to provide a logic for this also, for fuel issue they covered up. I would never recommend this to anyone while #Ola or #uber is much better and ethical companies Negative rating to be honest

I am very pleased with Roundtrip Cab hire service. Had hired a cab from Mumbai to Shirdi for Sai darshan. On route we also went to Pune and visited Dagdusheth. Driver was very cooperative and so was the coordination with Roundtrip Cab management. Travera which we hired for the darshan was in very good condition and contributed to our overall pleasant journey.
