We take treatment since 3 days with Dr.Mothilal Orthopaedic for a bone fracture in the foot. No confusion if we coperate and behave with a sense of responsibility. Very supportive /friendly hospital and the cost for treatment is quite reasonable.
I am taking treatment for self and family here for last 10 years. It was very good hospital, now except doctors all other staff and nurses behaviour is not apriciable to day for taking x ray , the person not available at his place, he has to be called over phone, after waiting for half an hour.
Dr Sangeetha consulted for my wife. Hospital charges Rs 1550 for BABSMEAR test. Gave bill for Ra800 in receipt book and balance with out bill. Some dis connect in the billing. Pls clarify No proper clarification.
The worst hospital in nangallur even they don't have proper duty doctor's Dr chakarawathy gave the wrong medicine with heavy doors the administration was very worst and the receptionist doesn't know how to behave it was an emergency we waited for 1.5 to 2 hr for the administration we simply paid 26k and got transfer to the other hospital
I have been visiting this hospital around 5+ years because Doctor is good. But Receptionist and Nurses are behaving rudely. Though they give token number, the receptionist deserves a few tokens & the nurses give priority to their acquaintance making us wait. Even they don't bother about complaining since no complaints book or contact number is available.. Today also I had very bitter experience...Hope Hospital management will take necessary corrective measure.
I could say one of the worst hospital. Front desk people's are too useless. For appointments if we contact they never give proper response and always gets engaged in speaking their stories.
One of the good hospital in nanganallur. They have in house medicals , laboratory , opticals.Duty doctors are available throughout the day. Specialists are visiting at stipulated time almost daily ,for some it requires appointment in advance.Parking will be a concern ,you need to find a spot somewhere in the nearby streets.
Excellent care was given by the staff nurses. Most recommended hospital in Chennai. Gvn utmost care for the patients at an affordable cost.
