My terrible experience at Rotary Ambala Cancer & General Hospital, particularly with Dr. Ajay Panwar, the Neurologist, and entire staff. My mother was admitted from June 24 to July 4, was entire nightmare. She wanted treatment for stomach pain, headache, and vomiting, expecting relief from Dr. Hardeep & Dr. Ajay Panwar's collaboration. Entirely my mother's journey proved terrible. Due to low sodium, potassium, & electrolyte levels, she spent whole day in emergency ward before admitting to ICU. While Dr. Hardeep's treatment was positive, Dr. Ajay's conduct was awfully ignoring her medical history & prescribed Dolo medicine for headaches. Dr. Ajay Panwar pushed on CSF test without explaining need, ignoring my mother's concerns. This immoral behavior questions his trustworthiness. Her health swiftly deteriorated after test as a result of increased fluid pressure in her brain. Healthcare staff's behavior was shocking. Hygiene was ignored, & diaper changes were delayed. Changing clothes without privacy infront of gents was completely unacceptable, compromising my mother's dignity. The doctors of ICU & HDU had no idea of my mother's medical history, even after diagnosis, Dr. Ajay didn't provide & necessary medicine for headaches, showing an absence of responsibility & concern. On July 3rd, we demanded her discharge. Second opinion revealed a horrifying truth: excess brain fluid drained during CSF test worsened her condition. Junior Dr. Shubham, appointed by Dr. Ajay, also contributed to her suffering. Remember, visiting this hospital can be life-threatening. Always do a background check before seeking healthcare anywhere. Family comes first, so let's not risk their well-being due to others' irresponsibility.

I never thought that I'll come to google someday to write review for our own hospital. But, because google doesn't have any mechanism to reply to the offensive reviews which are particularly targetting an individual, I had to ultimately write this. This is in reference to the latest reviews of MR. NIMISH DESAI and MR. JAWED AKHTAR both of which are likely to be the same persons because they are referring to the same patient. I can only say that this is the drawback of the internet world that you can target any individual you want, howsoever. These guys said that I did not know their patient's medical history but they did not mention that their patient was under my regular follow up since 2 years. They also did not mention that with our treatment their patient survived a very critical stage of stroke 2 years back. Do these guys want to say that a neurologist trained from a reputed medical institution in the country doesn't know about CSF?? If anyone said, that CSF was done in a wrong way, it's completely baseless. It was done as per protocol. You are probably miscommunicated or misunderstood. Anyway, to make the long story short it is not always that the doctor is at fault. Sometimes patients' attendants are so much unreasonably behaved that howsoever good you do they are not satisfied. All the treatment which was done was according to protocol and I told these guys that if any neurologist says otherwise, I can discuss with him/her. Anyway,I REQUEST ALL THAT ALREADY IN THE PRESENT ERA, THERE IS A LACK OF TRUST AMONG SOCIETY FOR DOCTORS. PLEASE DON'T INCREASE THAT MISTRUST FURTHER IN PUBLIC DOMAIN. PLEASE DON'T BLAME A DOCTOR JUST BECAUSE HE IS A DOCTOR AND YOU ARE A FAMILY MEMBER OF THE PATIENT. AFTER ALL, WE ALL ARE HUMAN BEINGS. IF YOU ARE TAKING A SECOND OR THIRD OR FOURTH OPINION, WE ARE ALWAYS OPEN TO TALK WITH THE OTHER DOCTOR TO EXPLAIN THE CLINICAL SCENARIO WITH US. YOU BEING A NON- MEDICO ARE PRONE TO HAVE DOUBTS. WE ARE HERE TO RESOLVE THEM. TRUST ME, WE WORK FOR PEOPLE FIRST, THEN FOR OUR FAMILY.

Not at all recommended. Facilities here is worse than the government hospitals.Staff behaviour is very bad. no fix timings of doctors. Waiting time is way too much. you have to wait whole day for your turn.

Dr. VINEET HAVE NO TIME TO CHECK PAIENT , WE ARE VISITED 4 TO 5 DAYS A BOY CHECK REPORT AND SAID ADMIT PAIENT IN EMERGENCY WITHOUT CONCERN WITH DR. VINEET . DR. VINEET BUSY IN HIS PHONE CALLS EVEN AFTER SLIP HE WILL NOT MEET US ... NEXT DAY DR. PRIYANSHU COME AND CONFIRM DETAILS SITUATION WITH US AND ASKED COME BECK NEXT WEEK.. PAIENT IS SUFFERIMG FROM CANCER LAST 6 MONTJS BUT DOCTERS ARE VERY CARELESS...SHAME ON DOCTERS IN ROTARY HOSPITAL AMBALA....

Very good doctors team and also have specialised doctor and 24 hour medicine available at competitive prices hu

Worst DR. Brahmpreet (ortho). DO NOT IGNORE. Never go with him for knee or any surgery, he will kill or make disable your patient. He killed the patient in front my eyes. He Damaged my mom's kidneys with his wrong mediation, refused to provide case summary and made lakhs of bill shamelessly. I repeat Never go with Dr. Brahmpreet for any surgery.

Doctors are very good and experienced. Treatment is also very good
