The hotel's restaurant is not even mentioned on google, although it is phenomenally good and exemplary clean. We had an Indian dish and a pasta with prawns and both were spectacularly good. So good that we definitely want to eat here again tomorrow instead of trying out the many other restaurants in the area.
Awesome place. movies are shot here in this location. you can watch movie Karwaan for better understanding.The Cafe inside is superb. you will be living in an ancient times castle from Dutch and Portuguese era..The rooms are spacious with living area included.
The property is a 300 hundred year old heritage house. The location is excellent and you can walk to the beach and also to any tourist spot in Fort Kochi.
The rooms have a heritage feeling and the entire decor takes you back in time. The things are well preserved and maintained.
A special mention to the restaurant of the hotel. The food is exceptional and they apparently do not use any packaged items in the preparation.
The staff is courteous and kind.
Overall a highly recommended place in Fort Kochi..
Rossitta turns out to be our favorite rental at Fort Kochi. The ambience of the property is really superb, especially the dinning area... always a positive vibes. highly recommended

Loved the heritage vibe of the hotel with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. The highlight of our stay was the location as its just steps away from Fort Kochi beach where we could sight the Bamboo fishing nets.
We stayed at the gorgeous heritage property for about week and would recommend the larger rooms on the top floor. The rooms ( two different ones we stayed in) and the bathroom could do with a bit more maintenance and better cleaning. The staff were very helpful making our stay memorable, the courtyard with the restaurant beautiful and the location is smack in the middle of everything.
