They have variety of collections. Went to buy school bag for my daughter. The sales person showed only 2 collection and asked us to select. We were waiting for him to show more varieties but they all went to attend new customers. Finally left the shop and went to oppanakara street Roshan bags. There the salesman too enjoyed showing their new collections. Finally we are happy and bought a school bag worth of Rs.2500/- and a hand bag worth Rs.650/-. Kindly learn how to be professional in handling customers.

Lot of varieties but sales persons are not showing the models.. worst experience with R S Puram store.. except a guy in upstairs rest are not interested to show the products.. better to visit other Roshan store
My recent visit ( 2023)to Roshan Showroom at DB road left me thoroughly disappointed with their customer service. The entire experience was lethargic unprofessionalism and a lack of attention to customer needs. Very disappointed we trust the brand and approach the shop but the customer service persons spoils everything.
Like many here I too faced their unprofessional behavior. They dont treat us like customers but strangers. No patience answering queries. Multiple instances. For ex I asked a person near billing to cover, the finalized suitcase. He didnt respond. I again told him. This time he gets irritated and yells back "irunga sir, warranty ulla poda venama". This he could have told at first instance or 2nd politely. Felt very bad. I didnt yell back because whats the point? Only reason I visited is its near for me and is multi brand, online shopping has duplicate issue etc. Avoid this shop if possible. I too fell for its rating here and ended up disappointed with their behaviour.
Really disappointed with their customer service. the sales person shows only three bags and tell us like our bags collection is that's it. He calls another person to showcase their bags but no one came. I came out the shop without purchasing their bags. We trust their brands, but they behave like unprofessionals.
Cheating Brand. Don't buy any goods from this shop and brand. While buying they commit everything nicely, after purchase if you go for exchange they will make you fool. Very Bad and pathetic shopping experience. Waste of money. I Donated Rs.1559 for this showroom.
