Beautiful location with clean rooms, incredibly friendly staff, and great food. Our room had a balcony looking out into the mountains with a serene view. Short walk to the gondola. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this place for a nice stay.
I Stayed over here with my family on 13th Nov. and had a very bad experience .The reception here was lazy , room heater was not working in 1 degree temp and even after we had complained immediately to the reception after checking inn ,there was no response from them .It took 3 reminders and 3 hrs for them to respond and change the room , that room is very small , bathroom is dirty, wash basin was leaking. Giving 1 star as there is no 0 star available My strong suggestion if don't find room in other hotel than only book this.
Beautiful property, clean and cozy rooms, professional staff, and nice location, specially the view from their dining area, its spectacular. Food needs some improvement though but overall its a highly recommended property to stay. We were there when the outside temperature was -20 but they had their centralized heating system performing so well. We had a wonderful stay with them.
Good hotel for a short stay. The food was good. Rooms were spacious and neet. Will come back again during winter. There is small river in their backyard. To sleep with the sound of the river was so peaceful.
Very nice hospitality Hotel ambience is very good. Staff is very cooperative & helpful. Mr Ilahi jan . Recommend others to stay in this hotel. Very good place for couples & family. It is not easy to describe the way me illahi took care of us.

Rooms are okay but service and food is pathetic. If you ask waiter for a washed spoon, they will react as if you have asked for their kidney. Most of the staff was quite arrogant and the dining room was mess. Dirty spoons lying on table during breakfast were not cleared until next days breakfast. Buffet food bowls were either empty or tasted horribly. Food ordered in room was slightly better. The location is okay and views are nice but last part of approach road is difficult for bigger cars. Overall very over priced for the kind of experience they offer
Nice, warm, cozy hotel. Has an ac, meant to be used as heater. Has great view, can cool off by just opening the windows. Good, hot water available in shower. Food n snacks r good too.
Beautiful place to stay. Very well located as well. The rooms are cozy with heaters in it as well. Only 1 suggestion i would give is that the bathrooms can have some ventilation, else gets a bit stuffy. Staff is courteous, well spoken and prompt.

Wonderful experience. Lovely location with a good and smiling service. Always helpful. The restaurant service and food is outstanding. You ask for hot water to drink and it comes in less than 10 mins to your room. Room service is fast and efficient.
