Even though the rooms were good the hotel staff were arrogant to a whole new level. Do not expect them to be helpful in any way. They are the worst. Denied milk for the kid and gave free advice on how we should be ordering from zepto as if we don't know that. Checkout for the hotel was at 12 and they forced us to move out 2 hours early saying there are other guests and we have to check out ahead of time. Our flight was late in the evening when we requested to keep the luggage in the premises so that we could take it at a later point before heading to the airport they refused that as well. Terrible terrible staff .. do not expect a pleasant staff in this hotel

I have visited to my office colleague from HP, it is well-maintained beautifully organised and managed property, i love the greenery, which is very rear in Gurgaon. I really appreciate the team. They have a display of teacoffe and some welcome drink, which is very good in thi hot weather. Keep maintaining the hospitality.

It's an average property with the worst services. They have 31 rooms with an overall staff of 3-4 people including the front office, chef, waiter, etc. The kitchen is almost nonoperational, they will tell you to order food from outside. Even for breakfast, they serve only toast tea cookies, and that too with a lot of waiting time. The horrible and the funniest part was about the waiter asking for personal favor of 150 rs as he wanted to spend this on her Girl Friend.
Good hotel for the price. The room looks great. Only thing they can improve on is keep the sheets and towels cleaner
