Rosetta by Ferns Sakleshpur - Resort hotel in Sakleshpura, Belluru - Hassan, India

Had an absolutely fantastic three days at this resort. It was our first trip with our baby and the hospitality provided by their employees was commendable. The teak suite was perfect for our family. Beautifully furnished and surrounded by lush nature. The duck feeding activity set amidst a mini lake was a treat. If I had one instance of dissatisfaction it was with respect to the unavailability of mineral water in the suite. It had to be expressly requested for each time.

Apart from the beautiful nature and the serenity of this place, the resort and the staff does an absolutely amazing job of hospitality. Everything you can think of is on point. Each and everything. The rooms are amazing, the outdoor shower is great, the pool is amazing, food is mesmerizing, activity area is better than most of the resorts in India and so are the activities. The way staff behaves and cares about their guests is out of this world

Except the painful and delayed Check In and Check Out service, every thing else was excellent. Though it isn't exceptional for the value for money. Front desk was more keen on a large corporate group so they deprioritised the small 2 member party like us. Welcome drink was randomly chosen and was offered to one guest only. Small thing but claiming to be a premium property, need to distinguish themselves with these smaller aspects. Next , even after informing well in advance, the room was not ready and it took time. While checking out we waited for half hour after calling front desk to send the electric vehicle. However, lot of positives, they told us that they upgraded our room so thanks for that. Excellent F& B section. No complaints. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Location is amazing. Thus, it is recommended place. Just a concluding note that the front desk need to better themselves. I saw a bit of arrogance as they claim to be the only 5 Star property in the vicinity. The GM was very courteous, though. Hope , the owner Mr. Fernandes who is a very well respected personality in Real Estate business takes note of this.

Its location is perfect, and well spread. Went with family and friends, they have good in house options for activities and peace. Nicely located swimming pool, activity area. I have to mention that this was the worst service I got at any hotel, it felt like roadside lodge would get things done smoother than services we got.

Beautifully located and serene. Landscape views were awesome. Good courtesy and Nice rooms. Activity centers buffet halls and dessert collections are appreciable. Meadows and sprawling plantations were feast to eyes and healing. Best wishes

Had an amazing and first class experience at this place we wanted a special venue to celebrate our kid birthday and this was the BEST. The entire campus is loveable and lush with greenery. The have opened a activity centre with kids play area recently which our kid enjoyed the most. The breakfast and lunch buffet has a wide spread of multiple cuisines. Food itself is nice and tasty, while hospitality is supreme. The staff here are warm and welcoming. They are proactive in attending to all your needs and requests. A must visit place if you're looking for a nice setting to relax.

1. Rooms - Room was clean, spacious and the view was amazing. 2. Landscape - the property was very well maintained, mesmerizing views, will find many places to click pictures. 3. Food - They provide breakfast and lunch in the package. Large spread of Indian and continental cuisines to indulge in. 4. Pool - the view from the pool was amazing 5. Staff - the staffs and their service is top notch. They ll pamper you throughout your stay.

Probably one of the most premium resorts in Karnataka by a long way. Their service, food and ambience are extraordinary. The staff understand every one of your whims and respond to it in a flash. This should be a flagship for how customers are treated. I travel quite a bit and am really amazed this place. Keep up the good work and please dont deteriorate from your standards..
