Roses Inn - Hotel in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

Location is great! Rooms are clean especially the bathroom. The service is also warm and welcoming - they helped us at every step whether it was inquiry about travels or place recommendations. Also their terrace is absolutely beautiful and practical whether you want to have some food or just work. Would recommend.

The location of the property is definitely one of the best, as it is just few meters away from the sea with such great views near the vasco da gama square and so many good eateries around the hotel as well as a bar. The hotel itself has a eating area on its rooftop which is well maintained. If only they also provided some food options you wouldn't want to leave the place. The only minus point I faced was that the room i was given had only one window which faced towards the corridor which is as good as closed. Thankfully i didn't spend much time in the room otherwise it would've been really suffocating. The other rooms had windows so it was great. Just that for the price this room could be given at a cheaper rate or something. Other than this loved my stay

Its main attraction is the location itself as it is very close to the Fort Kochi beach . No parking available and we have to park on that narrow road side. No lift service and we ourselves have to carry the luggage till upper floors with small kids. Rooms are so small and not comfortable for family. May be it's suitable for bachelors.

The rooms are maintained neat and clean. The location is amazing, hardly 100 mts to the beach and all the famous sight seeing points.

Small rooms, no lift and no one to serve you. You have to do all by yourself like reaching second floor in your room taking stairs carrying your luggage.

Room was good for this rate but little bit small... near by beach jst walkable distance.. it's couple friendly hotel...

I really loved Roses Inn. It's got a nice ambience. The rooms were clean and neat. Beds were comfy and the staff were helpful. The rooms have an AC, a small fridge and a TV. The bathrooms were neat and clean too. You can even add an extra bed in the rooms for a third person. The terrace was cute.However you cannot see the fort kochi beach from the terrace. They weren't serving food due to some license problem after Covid but I think that process will get completed soon. The location is quite nice as everything is within walking distance. You can walk to the beach or even find restaurants nearby. There is a street vendor just down the road on roses street that sells some amazingly authentic Kerala food. Since roses Inn wasn't serving breakfast at the time, finding the street vendor was a hidden gem. The pricing is also decent for its ambience and comfort. Definitely a good place to stay if you're looking to go for the biennale. Most of the biennale locations are walking distance from the hotel. The ferry is also just 4 minutes away. Negatives: 1. The rooms are much smaller than they look. Like really small. So if you are looking to add another bed, you won't have any space to walk around. 2. Mosquitoes infest the whole of fort kochi and roses Inn is no exception. Carry a lot of mosquito repellant or else you'll cry. 3. There is a heavy stink that comes from the beach side. You can't smell it inside the rooms but the minute you step outside, the smell is a little bad. I loved the stay there overall

The location of Roses Inn is very close to the Vasco da Gama square & Fort Kochi beach. Its in walkable distance to many restaurants too. The room itself is pretty small but clean. There were ton of mosquitos, fortunately didnt happen to bite us once the AC was turned on. Bathroom was pretty clean and had all necessary toileteries.
