I had a great experience in this hotel, it was so nice to have that pleasant environment. Bedding and other things made me impressive . Good services.Breakfast and lunch have different varieties which we like. And the other thing is the price which is absolutely reasonable.. services are too good.. I liked it .
The receptionist was very arrogant and rude..
The hotel doesn't have a simple communication system.. Doesn't understand any of there customers. Worst hotel service ever. I would never recommend anyone to stay here
I have stayed in room 205 . Lock is not working so we had to go down and call the boy everytime when we want to Lock or open the room .
Neatness is not there , no telephone to call up the help desk.
Beach view 5th floor rooms are excellent. Function hall is awesome. Parking for 4 wheelers is available. Perfect stay for family with kids ..near by all visiting places.

Absolutely CUNNING and arrogant receptionists.
This hotel nowhere reaches to an Oyo collection O standards.
1. The room was pathetic. The bathroom drain slope wasn't built properly and water is always stagnant on the bathroom floor.
The tap water is very soapy.
2.The room had an alcoholic stench.
Bedsheets were torn and stained.
Room ventilation is very poor
3. If you have a car and want to park it in the cellar, be ready to face harrasment from the receptionists. They ask you to give them your car key and if you refuse to, they systematically will have your car gridlocked in the parking lot and harass you when you want to get your car come out.
So far this is the worst hotel reception experience I ever faced.
I would simply like to throw you a caution. Stay in this hotel at your own risk.

If there is possibility to provide less than 1 rating I would have given that. For the room neither key nor card was not provided , each time I should go back the reception guy and check for the key. Water in the washroom was too worst!!! Washroom is smelly.
Room was good n also their hospitality is awesome...They treat visitors well n also bookings can b done very easily...They respond our query very quickly
