Think thrice before reaching Rose The Medicity Dr Gunjan Tiwari Shukla owner of the hospital is intention to make the money as much it can be... Comparatively charges are near about metro city hospital however treatment is not even close to a village clinic.... They can do anything for earning money...

Before coming here Do not think to be free in 1 or 2 Hours., Keep in mind you have to Spoil whole day for the appoint to investigation reports.People are suppose to be God every where in Clinics and hosputals at Darbhanga Bihar. Every where in Darbhanga, the medical proffessionals are supposing themselves like a boss and above than that.. They never thought that every single person have value of their time. Pregnent Women Should not wait to Meet doctor for whole day. The Doctor amd their staff should be sensible for this.

He is a useless doctor, he does not have the value of other people's time.Came at 10:00 am I am not free till 8:00 pm yet

Now in this hospital very bad management of this hospital. It takes almost 5 hr timing after discharge. They said I have not staff for billing data.

Ultrasound Department no time table... Very Bad unsatisfied service ultrasound Department...

Hospital infrastructure is good , but some improvisation is needed , Doctor panel list not displayed on reception area , Doctor opd timing , days , speciality , opd schedule not mention in hospital reception area. Respected administration department. Kindly look in to it

Doctor is good. However, she doesn't have good staffs, they are highly unprofessional. I think team needs to seriously work on below issues: 1. There is no proper sequence of first come first serve. whoever is close to staff, they are treated first. and in case you question to staff, simply they have many excuses. 2. Just to get report being checked with doctor, it took a whole day waiting. even sometimes you need to visit next day. reason being either it's free visit - so you are not being considered. OR staffs simply don't let doctor know that patient is waiting. The response will be doctor can't wait for a minute. 3. The staff always target to make sure that medicines are being purchased from same hospital. they don't explain the medicine timing in case you have not purchased after visiting doctor. and hospital medicine have 0% discount. the same can be availed from outside with a discount of 15-20%. A humble request to doctor to pls go over the raised concern and try to fix. maybe you can share feedback form with patient as you are not aware what exactly is happening and how your patients/guardian being treated with your staffs.

I have visited here once..no doubt.doctors are very good and nurses are also very co operative..but staffs are very irresponsible and ill mannered. They don't have a bit of manners how to talk with customers, especially one lady, she is sitting at account chamber, she is very arrogant and only showing her so called knowledge..she is supposed to help customers not showing her limited knowledge...Mam should take action against these staffs..their bad behavior may affect the reputation of this hospital...
