We booked three apartments for the engagement function of our son at Konni. Really a great place to stay. Comfortable and neat. Please add breakfast facility also. Only problem is the breakfast availability.

The stay was great, very convenient for people who'd like to visit Pathanamthitta and nearby places. For those looking to attend functions, this place is recommended for staying with family . Food would also be arranged if required, small kitchens to make tea, coffee is useful. In the 2bhk apartment there is only one bathroom so an additional bathroom would be preferable. Overall it's very convenient and a great place to stay

We had a wonderful time during our stay in rose petals. Location and accessibility to nearby city are the highlights. Host is very friendly. They even tried their best to arrange additional convenience for us without additional charges. It's a warm neighborhood where you can walk freely and people are so friendly. We had a wonderful time visiting nearby famous temples, preserve areas like Gavi etc. You will definitely appreciate the greenery in Gavi any time. We have plans to spend time here again in near future. Let's repeat perfect holidays again!!!

Had a wonderful experience. The room were large and spacious as compared to other hotels in Pathanamthitta. The Host and his family was very friendly and helping. The hotel is located in a peaceful neighbourhood which is not far from the town (below 1km).

This place is not as great as they claim. It is substandard for international travelers and visitors. It lacks a lot of amenities such as ironing board, microwave, toaster and washing machine. Cleaning lady comes only on the third days. Not ideal for people with any mobility issues due to lack of an elevator. There is no WiFi. There is a danger lurking in the form of a concrete plumbing pit too close to the entry door which was not covered and was not lighted properly.The owner and his wife were friendly, though.

My stay at this place in Pathanamthitta was excellent I should say not only because of the friendly and homely attitude of the host but also the location was super. I stayed almost a week at this place to spend our vacation in Gavi and the elephant shelter. My kids enjoyed it a lot. The host arranged the vehicle for us to visit this places as per our request and everything went very smooth. The Pathanamthitta town is too near to this home stay but at the same time we don't feel the city disturbances. We love to stay at this place if we revisit this city in future.

Our experience living at this place was nothing but harrowing. Lack of adequate lighting led one of us to fall into a concrete pit at night. Lack of an elevator made one to climb about 20 steps on third floor after breaking the knee in the fall. Nobody expressed any sympathy either. No microwave nor any ironing board in all units. On asking, they advised us to borrow from the occupant in the other room. No hot water. No ironing boards. The blankets had dirt on it which haven't been washed for months. There was no washing machine. When asked, the grandams replied 'stone and water available' outside. No Wi-Fi either. Lot of small cockroaches everywhere. They charge international rate per night, but the standard is subpar.

Excellent location & amenities. Friendly host & homely atmosphere. I should say this, the host is really accommodating and go to any extent to provide conformable stay for their guests.
