I had taken pre-bridal packages and I have told them...I can go for 2 or 3 sittings but they insisted me it can be done in 1 day. But the experience was very bad. She was so in hurry she purposely missed some steps and told me it doesn't needed because it already has been done in previous steps. I have to do it again the waxing in my house because it was not proper. Manicure and Pedicure also don in 15 mins. Just to complete her work fast this happened. Very bad experience for pre bridal

Its a nice place. If you go for makeup with senior artist or owner, its nice. But makeup by junior artist is not worth. I have got my engagement makeup done, and it just melted in no time and they just take an hour or so to make you ready. But other services are nice. I have got smoothening done, it was a nice experience. I have very long hair, they charged me 4k for smoothening .

This parlour is really amazing and it's so big, all the artists are pretty talented. I recently got my hair highlights from there, the color which is shown in the picture is the lightest brown. In my view the parlour is a bit costly if you are going for rebonding or keratin. But as I've mentioned the artists are talented i love it.

I booked Rose Senior Artist and Charmin Mam for my 2 days wedding makeup. It was the best by far. All the artists are just very well trained and they know and are super confident about what they are doing. I was prepared with my look and hairstyle and they just copied as it was in the images. Each makeup was very pretty and beautifully done and the hairdos were awesome and nicely implemented. The makeup lasted during the whole function and it was as fresh as done. I was complimented very much for all my looks. Charmin mam pushed me to do afew things which I wouldn't do in my life otherwise and she asked me to trust her. And now when I see the pictures I am glad i took that step of going with whatever she says. I usually am not a fan of makeup but i have changed my mind. Rose is the best stop for all your makeup and hair needs. Charmin mam is very sweet and kind and did the best wedding makeup I can ever imagine. She made me just how i imagined myself as a bride.

Pathetic service given by salon. Body Spa rooms are too dirty and you have to be standing all the time while Spa. Even while facial they will not use the new tissues same one, also will not clean hands.. No proper massage and salon is too too too dirty. While doing pedicures and manicures they did not even removed the nail paint and not removed dirt and all. In end I finally said after seeming all this that I don't want hair spa ..also keep the money for cleaning purpose... Will never come here and also stop my loved one to come here.. if you love hygiene then please don't come here... worst salon

The service was very quick n keep customers comfort at first. It was a great experience.

This is the worst saloon in all over the Bhopal, unhygienic, dirty, unprofessional staff, reuse old towels and even I don't have words to explain their unprofessional service, after checking the saloon from inside, we asked for refund but they denied. Please if you want quality service, please don't go to this saloon ever. This was my first and last visit. My experience was horrible.
