Amazing hotel. Wonderful and personalized service. The staff is so welcoming and prepared that made our Jaipur experience a memorable one. This is for us the best place to stay while in Jaipur, amazing Suites, the best service and great location.
Had a very bad experience, a/c of one of the connected room was not working, geyser not working. Staff was very cooperative but when u went to stay at such a luxurious property least u expect is asking staff for cooperation. However, every now and than we had to make a complain with the staff for a/c, for geyser which they couldn't resolve even after their best efforts. Hot hot room and cold cold water in bathroom, this is what we experienced. Also there was foul smell in washroom. No complain against staff but property is very beautiful which is not well maintained. Also it seems like fountain converted into swimming pool.
There was a fashion exhibition at this location. Lovely place with ample space indoors and outdoors. Feels luxury as soon as you enter. Did not visit the hotel rooms etc but I can say that the place itself was so good that the exhibition also got a step up.
