Rosaville guest house - Cottage in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

Wonderful place... Well maintained and good staff. Just wish that the decor aesthetics were a bit more thought -out. It's otherwise a great place!

We were there for a weekend family trip and I must say that everything was excellent. It's a heritage property and maintained very nicely. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff's are very friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend this property to others travelling to Shillong on business and family leisure trips. At the end of your stay, you are definite to take back a bit of history about life in Shillong.

Suck a serene and lovely place. Nestled in the busy shillong market, the moment you step into this beautiful British time property; it slows you down and takes you back 20_30 years. The lovely architecture of the main hall, beautiful cozy rooms, very elegant dining area and equally pretty garden relaxes you. Food options were less of course because it's not a commercial hotel but more of a homestay. Excellent breakfast menu, dinner was served on time and was custom made which is very good. Overall a lovely experience.

Awesome stay!! Highly recommended for a calm,relaxing and homely stay. Me and my husband stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms and toilets are very spacious. The hotel is a heritage building and gives u glimpse of british era. 5 star for cleanliness, comfort, food and hospitality. Since it's a heritage building many movies and ad films have been shot in this hotel. Manager and all the staff are so friendly and hospitable. They will take care of you with utmost care and love. Without any second thought, one can go for this hotel.

We stayed at Rosaville for 5 days from 02.10.2022 to 07.10.2022. The cottage is a well maintained heritage property . All staff are well mannered and pleasant . Mr Jiban and Mr Dinesh go out of the way in taking care of the visitors and making the stay comfortable. The food served is like home made and reasonable in cost as compared to other hotels in Shillong. The location is central near IIM Shillong with easy availability of taxi for local movement . In short a very good place to stay while in Shillong and go back with pleasant memories. Highly recommended.

Excellent Homestay at Rosaville, Shillong It is a royal heritage home with beautiful interiors. Rooms are very spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Mr. Mohan Kumar who is the manager of the hotel was always around to help and ensured all our requests were attended promptly. Food was very tasty. Rotis, parathas, etc..were served hot on plate. Beautiful garden and royal stay made our 3 nights stay at Shillong memorable.
