That's very old palace and now conditions are very poor many rooms is destroy and it's danger zone .. But over all roopnagar is very beautiful and nice palace..
Once upon a time great fort and safari road.
It is very beautiful place. You wil love the view. It is green in rainy season but in spring you will find totally different. The road to this place is kuttcha road of around 6kms. On left side there is Marwar and on right Mewar. The population of village is less than 100 when I visited. They got facility of electricity 10 years earlier. There is temple of shiv ji , 1 km ahead.

At the end of 15th century his descendent son tthaakur bhojraaj siNhjii got killed in battle with sirohi king Rao laakhaa And they were forced to leave their land and Now they are living in 81 villages in mrvaadd' and mevaadd' /
Great history and nurtured by nature. Roopnagar is difficult to approach but hard to leave because you just start loving this place.
Roopnagar fort is amazing historical place but its private property. Public not allowed here.
