To perform better at work I do yoga daily. Laxman sir is best trainer in and around ayyappa society, madhapur. He has lot of experience as a yoga trainer. We perform better yoga in his class. Personally there is betterment in my health because of his classes. Since all other centres are accepting only quarterly, halfyearly, annual payments, roopams can accept monthly payment structure also. So this is the best option for those who can't bear lumpsum amount at a time
It's very very good classes. Body became very flexible and health wise I feel very relax. My synus probably curing with pranayam.
