Roopa Elite - Hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

We booked 3 rooms with all our kids for 2 days. Had a comfortable stay feeling at home. Good food and prompt service.. clean rooms, maintained well everyday.. service staff is friendly and helpful.. Lovely rooftop restaurant. Kids had a great time! Maintain it the same way!

It is a decent hotel.. We got a ground floor room which was a little disheartening. But, the room service was good. They gave us a discount coupon for the restaurant. Food in the restaurant was also good. I liked baby corn chilli a lot. My husband did not like chicken biryani though. They let us check in around 11:30 even though the check in time was 2 pm. Staff was cordial. They had limited parking space but the gatekeeper was very helpful with the close knit parking. The hotel is also located near the centre of the city and the palace is almost 4 km away. They have an internal Mysore silk saree shop but we did not visit that. They gave some discount coupon for shopping too.

I stayed in this hotel with my family. Location is good. Many hotels and shops nearby. Rooms are not very clean. The floor was stinky and bedsheet used by previous guests was not changed. It looked dirty and faint. No handwash, No soap and No dental kit. When we said this feedback to reception, they said that we could have called reception if we wanted them. They didn't even know that its their duty to maintain those items and they didn't feel sorry for that. Breakfast items were very limited and taste is ok. The live counter area was not hygiene at all. If you look at the egg Omelet pan condition then you can't eat it. It seems like they never washed it. The ultimate part is I had to call the room service and reception for 30 mins for morning coffee and milk, still no one picked up until 7 am. They told me that room service will start only from 7 am. At least, They should provide milk 24 hours as kids can't wait till 7.30 am for a milk. Overall, location is good. But service and cleanliness should be improved. It is definitely no where near to a 4 star hotel.

Best experience in room service & map food plan.Hotel is luxurious and equipped with all basic and advance facilities. It has a swimming pool on the terrace, a bar, dinning area, banquet, and all other things. Rooms are clean and looks excellent.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast options were very nice. Overall Food is excellent. Due to renovation, it gets noisy during day time The front staff is not enthusiastic and lacks hospitality. During check out I requested for baggage boy and no one came for good 15 mins. Eventually I had to take my own bags down. Front office staff needs serious training.

Totally satisfied if you want a quality hotel with which is not that costly this is it. Staffs are polite , infinite restaurant on the rooftop is great rooms are spacious and elegant worth every single penny you will love to stay here

Amazing rooms, as shown in the pic. Breakfast buffet was great, Rakshitha at the restaurant was very kind enough to personally take care. Even she helped with food for my kid. Wonderful experience totally.

Rooms are spacious, but the bathroom is smelling. Shower is not so well maintained. Location is good. We booked 3 rooms but they reserve 4 rooms without refund. Construction work is going on not so quite pleasant experience.
