They may have a bit more variety and may have gained trust of people over the years but they treat retail clients quite ordinary. They get boxes of sets and allow you to see only one by one. It gets difficult to compare. Very very crowded. Barely any space to sit and see peacefully. Prices are as good as the market. Nothing that sets them apart as they hardly have intent to showcase. an amount of 50k spent is hardly of relevance to them. Also prices if purchasing in retail are higher than the market. The staff is not particularly polite.
Awesome collection, but salesmen aren't good. They take too long to get the requested stuff, and also hop onto other customer if they see you sitting for long which is actually a consequence of them not showing enough interest to listen to your requirements and work proactively at first place. They don't want to search and open boxes. They keep screaming at each other. Also, it's expensive. You can only find something here if you get lucky with the salesman's good mood.
Roop jewellery is in dariba in chandni chowk. As shop has lots and lots of variety if you need in bulk than it will be a good choice but for one or two piece it will be little costly. You can find anything here.they have everything. Customer service is good.all salesperson give there 100 percent. Try not to go in weekends and wedding seasons otherwise u have to wait for long.it may be 1hour or more.
Located near the entrance of kinari bazar, it is well stocked with interesting designs and varieties of costume jewelry. Every conceivable variation and custom made contraption is made available. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. It is an experience to see ladies shopping and patience of serving staff.
The most unbusinesslike behavior with ladies. The owner sitting at the entrance counter doesn't know how to talk with a lady and deserves zero star. The stuff shown to us not very great. Vist not worth at all.
