Neha is an amazing yoga teacher, we have been taking online yoga classes with her for more than 1.5 years. She takes great effort to understand the client's current state of body and mind, and structures the classes accordingly. She motivates in a constructive way to push beyond and the results have been significant for us. Definitely would recommend her classes!

I cherish the yoga classes at Rooftop yoga. There are different routines every class, some days we are teamed with partners to help each other hone our yoga skills. We also practice animal flows which are really fun. Neha encourages everyone to go deeper into the postures depending on our flexibility. I eagerly wait every week to practice at Rooftop yoga.
