I have been under Ronak's Training(Are We Fit) since quite a few months. He understands your goals and requirements and delivers exactly what you need. From updating workout sheet, keeping tab on food intake & diet, to different kind of workouts subject to the constraints currently, his workouts are really effective- Yes even the home workouts. Even if you have zero previous experience in exercises, he guides you well ; fromwarm up to to different exercises till streching. He constantly motivates and gets you into lifestyle rather than just delivering the workouts. Latest in his Men's community Group, he has included far more things for overall development than anyone who is in similar field. He is value for money undoubtedly with the things he has to offer.
Ronak is very professional and always motivating you to achieve your goals. He will customise diets and exercises to suit your needs and lifestyle. I have been going under his training for last 6 months and my transformation is visible.
