Good hospital with affordable price and bed charges. Doctors behaviour is very good and the staff are really helpful. Hygiene is also well maintained, overall experience 4/5 stars.
I'm sharing my experience.... My family's 3 members are regular checkup here since last 6 months. But there is major problem...... Receptionist and OPD receptionist maximum time couldn't attend the phone. This is the regular and major problem for me. This is the emergency service. So, we expect better services. My humble request to the management please looking into this matter. Otherwise Hospital is good. Also good stuffs behaviour.
Aheli is an exceptional receptionist at the hospital. She truly stands out for her kind and efficient assistance. Even during busy times, she skillfully manages the crowd and always keeps a welcoming smile. Aheli's dedication and patience are commendable. OPD receptionist miss aheli helped me very much.. one of the medicine I couldn't find in madhamgram area, but the medicine doctor said to intake as soon as possible.. after handling so many croud, she talked to doctor Manik Lal Thakur.. wrote the another madicine name, And I find it.. she is very kind!

Very bad experience in reception also rood behavior by stuff , they taken only cash why they did not receive doctors visit in upi or card transaction, if asked they tell doctor need cash but this is only doctor and hospital matter why patient suffer ,this is really bad , in India any where this system not applicable . Very bad for romalinda this also again mention stuff behavior.
