Ordered rolls from Zomato. We ordered two rolls and I am happy that they do not use plastic or aluminum packaging. Packing is up to mark but roll was really spicy and couldn't taste the ingredients inside as everything seemed messed up. Can be improved a lot. Fresh food is all a customer want.

Today i ordered food from this place around 1 am and the expected time was for 30 minutes at 1:30 when i checked the order was still preparing i asked zomato customer service they told to wait i waited till 2 and asked again i dodnt got any reply for almost 20 minutes after that they tell me the executive will deliver soon after one hour it is still preparing once called the executive he said that he is delivering another order and then will deliver my order after making us wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes still no food and no good reply from zomato service finally after 1 hlur 25 min food comes and i must say they were the worst rolls i ever tasted mix veg roll was veggies cooked mashed in to a paste and rolled in the roll no topping nothing no veggies to be seen just veggie paste with the worst taste and paneer bhuna roll which was suppose to be spicy was actually sweet and same as mix veg roll paneer doced rolled in some sweet sauce no flbour just bad . I am highly disappointed with the service as well as the food i would suggest not to order as it clearly waste of money and time both
I ordered a over loaded roll. But after seeing the roll I thought they must have misunderstood the definition of over loaded, it was skinny roll with even lesser load then normal. It wasn't worth the money. So don't be fooled if it is written overloaded.

This franchise is a cheater. When you order from uber eats it charges 10.50 as a bag fee. Bag is nothing but a paper bag which everybody provide free. When asked they say it is being charged by uber eats which is false as confirmed by uber eats 3 times. This is a cheat.
The quality & quantity of their rolls are really good. The prices are reasonable too.
