The hotel is in a very easily accessible location with major markets and Quest Mall nearby. The rooms are very clean with all amenities provided. The staff is courteous and helpful. Very good service for the price.

Very good homely service. Hotel management made me feel that I am living in my home. Special credit goes to Sahil who had been doing best to keep the room in good condition. Meghna madam the general manager of this Hotel was kind enough to give a spot discount. Person in reception Mr Soham was a pleasing gentleman. I will come back again

When last visited for 2days on my official visit, I had faced 3 individuals at reception and no communication among them about the instructions we made for billing and room service. There's one hour argument with them stating we are not knowledgeable about their hotel tariff. Finally we need to compromise and had to catch the train for return. The check in and check out dates and time are not realistic and are as of their choice according to billing amount. The tables in the room had sharp edges and I got hurt. I made immediate complaint to the room service and no rectification. We need to know all the instructions about the hotel before accepting the check in. The service could have been better according to our requirement and tariff chart to be made available. The location is between residence and busy narrow road about 1km inside from the main road. The food was good and felt costs bit high.

Very good location. Well decorated room, clean bathroom. Service was excellent. Food was very tasty. We had our lunch and dinner almost everyday from their restaurant and the food was surprisingly delicious. The price of food was also very reasonable and quantity of single dish was enough for 2 persons. Their buffet breakfast was delicious and they have a huge variety of items in breakfast. The female manager was very friendly. The decoration of whole hotel is very eye catching. Our experience with roland hotel is very pleasant and satisfactory.

It was pleasant staying there. Room and washroom were old, not like the modern rooms you see today, but that's okay to consider this being quite an old building. Staffs were very generous, did room service whenever we required, brekfast was not very appealing, but was okay for me considering I stay for just a night.

I came with a big group from many countries. All of them had a great experience in this hotel. Mrs. Meghna was a wonderful host receiving us with a great smile. All the staff was really great. I recommend this hotel.

It is an excellent hotel. Located near to all the main attractions. The staff is very polite and responsive. Food is delicious. And the room amenities like AC, Geyser are perfect.

We stayed at Roland Hotel for aproximately 1mth duration for my bussiness. It feel safe, neat and clean. Staffs are also friendly. Wifi is pretty good. And also breakfast are so good for us. We ate dinner at Hotel and it's really nice. We enjoy it much.
