Very poor customer service, highly dissatisfied, very bad experience, i have not get my itom on given time. Even no schemes given on Diwali festival.
Pathetic Service experience Bad quality making and a very bad customer service feels like looted by Rokde. As you want to know the issue replying on it that we bought the mangalsutra for daily us that means we want that it should not break easily but within a month not using much and without any pull or something it just felt like anything the making is so weak that it didn't last I was lucky that I just got hold of it else I would have lost it visited your branch and explain everything to your staff but they don't entertain us and started blaming us are we fool that we will break our own ornaments and come to you. Your staff didn't cooperated in any ways.
Today I visit Rokde jewellers at Laxmi nagar. The staff there behaved very well and the design was quite nice. Bhavna ma'am showed me all the jewelery very nicely and her way of talking was quite polite. Thank you Bhavna ma'am for your wonderful service

Ved bad experience at this jewellery shop . They added hallmark charge at the end of billing . Which I never paid in any other jewellery store . Too much of add on and hidden charges . I ordered bangles of 30 grams and paid for the Same.And on the day of deliver they asked for additional charge of 0.6 mg of gold . I would my self never visit and would not suggest anyone the same .staff was that helpful. They will tell you how much you need to pay .no proper guidance was done about the distribution of amount . And at the end they did not mention about the hallmark amount in the bill .
