Myself with family stayed here from 27.10.23 evening to 29.10.23 morning. The service, hospitality and humbleness of all the staff are very nice and friendly in nature. Taste of the food items also delicious and very tasty. My special thanks to Mr.Shahith,Saiprakash and Sagar. Our best wishes to resrtaurant service guys Sagar and Dineswari fir their cordial service with smile. Definitely I shall recommend this hotel to my friends . Hats off to the best administration.
According to my experience, for the cost of a room, you are not getting that much service, which is a waste of money. There is no variety in morning breakfast: puri bhaji, idli, vada, and omlet. That's it. If you asked for bread and butter, they don't have it. Furthermore, food is also not up to par and overcost. It is better to order from Swiggy. Further to the service, you have to be reminded of the same. This hotel is not advisable from my side. Of course, the rooms are good, neat, and clean, but they are very compact and suitable for one person only.
They have stupid rules, food is not allowed there is no hot water and bedsheets are dirty, room is not hygiene. There is cockroach literally under the pillow. We are not even allowed to eat food of our own we just have to quietly eat whatever they serve. Feels like I am in jail rather than vacation. My big mistake was checking in in this stupid hotel.

Located in a little inside the residential area, but it was a prime area nearer to RTC COMPLEX, Shopping area in Dwaraka nagar. Hotel was okay for shorter periods of two three days. Rooms were small and need upgrade and better maintenance. Staff were cordial and quick to respond. It seems there was an issue with Corporation Sanitation workers. The trash kept at the exit gate in cellar parking area was not lifted for some days and emitting foul smell. As the rainy season started, we felt it was a health hazard for the hotel in mates and neighbours. This needs immediate attention by hotel management and staff. Otherwise our short stay herein was okay and manageable.

The gym is in a convenient location with good equipment. Malleswari mam (owner and personal trainer) is knowledgeable, friendly and pushes you to do your best. She knows what works for you and plans your workouts accordingly. Overall it's a nice qym
