Rohan Residency - Lodge in Belagavi - Belagavi, India

They demolished and reconstruction is going on. If planned to stay here in advance please plan for some other hotel...

The 2 stars are for the staff. They were very polite and helpful and nice however the room I stayed in was not up to the mark. The bathroom was dirty and there was no hot water. The food is ridiculously over priced and it is best to eat at local restaurants nearby.

Not worth the price. For the same price one would get a much decent room and much higher standard of service. Moreover they didn't allow me to even keep my suitcase in my colleagues room who could not come down as he had just woken up. I said I'll just come in a minute but they were so stubborn and I had to rush for the conference but they didn't relent even when I stated it. I had no choice but to stay here as my colleagues had already booked the room.

I have been to the cozy little lounge bar attached to Rohan Residency. Its a very small bar with maximum capacity of 25-30 ppl. Has some 5-6 tables with lounge. Has a bar counter and high chairs. They serve cocktail, mocktails & shooters as well. Food & starters are average. The dum chicken which we had ordered was not cooked properly, but the staff agreed to change it on request. A good place to hangout with friends. Loved the ambience there which has a music playing in the background

FOOD REVIEW - i ordered thai fried rice and thai curry combo from here .... the fried rice was fine ... though nothing particular like thai fried rice....just the regular fried rice.... .... but that was not at all a thai gravy... oh my ..... that was horrible.... didnt like it at all... thai gravies taste good when cooked in coconut milk.... this was nothing close..... i guess the chef should be taught all this before he starts preparing such dishes.... yes i must mention.. i called the owner to enquire about the order.... he was very polite and friendly .... well may be i ordered the wrong item... from a wrong place i guess....

Helpful staff, safe parking lot and in-house kitchen and bar. No hot water in washroom though. Charged Rs 990/- for a double bed non-a/c room which is ok as per the location.

Well we stayed here in 2007 that was the day when there were no room available in any hotel around Belgaum due to some conference that dentists from all around the India were attending, we dropped by with prior booking while initially the manager refused to give us a room but then arranged one that was the most fun time ever....

Just a place to take rest during travels. Only opt if no rooms available else where, nearby Ramdev. This place is near to Ramdev hotel. It's not an option for couples and families. One night stay is ok. Rooms are quiet smelly.
