A pleasant and comfortable stay. Good location, polite and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms. Didn't try the food as I was in the city for work.

Didn't stay here, went for dinner. Service was quick and the staff were also cooperative. Coming for food part we had high expectations that's why probably didn't like much. Although it was not bad but it was not that much great. Good thing was when we were about to leave and shared the feedback, they told us that we could have informed them and they would have served again different foods and same thing. They were ready to serve that time as well but we already were full and about to leave. Ambience is also good.

Great hotel at a great location! Visited for business and the location is so close to all the corporate buildings in powai! The staff is very courteous too!

Management Rules need to change, advance payment of your total bill amount is been demanded at the check in itself,NEED TO CHANGE THIS OLD DECADES RULE which was used in cheap lodges, not expected from property like this. Over and above, it was also been observed that some customers were even been pushed to pay their breakfast bills even before they are done with their breakfast and observed them completing the POS transaction during their breakfast and post completion they were continuing with their break fast. VERY STRANGE PRACTICE
