Its wonderful stay.there is no any window in room but overall room was clean and food also good. Every staff ready to attend you with smiling face and location also good . And I am impressed by monu rahaman. Good hospitality and services Recommended this hotel

Bad experience.. rooms are very small, not clean, sink is always blocked and overflowing.. Service- they never ever pick up phones Food is served after one hour always .. Food is Very spicy and extremely Overpriced for a mediocre hotel. They provide only one tea bag per room for two people occupying the room. so don't be fooled by their photos on their website, reality is totally different Very ordinary hotel with lazy people who are not eager to serve you even after charging through the roof for simple food..and you never get hot water Breakfast is ok, not bad.. overall very expensive for a bellow average hotel

The rooms are small and very claustrophobic with no ventilation. They are dirty, AC does not work and lot of noise from outsidecan be heard inside. Terrible experience. Unable to sleep. Don't stay here even if it's for free. I was promised a deluxe suite on email but the room I have been given is not even deluxe and certainly not a suite.

It is a nice place to visit. I went there for a two day stay and i got one if the deluxe rooms. There is free high speed wifi which is awesome and the facilities available are awesome. The room service is great and they have an ground floor restaurant. And yeah... The food tastes amazing. A place one should visit After 6 years - I revisited the hotel :- I was in Delhi on a 5 day educational stay - I used to leave the premises at 8ish and return back at 8ish in the night. The breakfast times was 7AM onwards, and it was just perfect with the timings I wanted. The breakfast options was very appropriate and they were very hygeinic and options changed eveeryday as well. The location is a prime one - Everything from great bars, malls and restaurants are 30ish mins away and the locality is well protected as well. The staffs, the guards and the front reception manager - everyone was very kind and they were very happy to help me with every single one of my requests. I used to return back very tired raat ko, and I used to be welcomed to a clean, arranged room and fresh amenities. Just loved the experince and they have very subtly maintained everything! Must recommend!

The rooms are claustrophobic. No ventilation. Everything is overpriced. The telephone was not working. Even after reminding them they did nothing about the issue. One water bottle costed us RS 75.

We booked Rockland panchsheel enclave for our guests who came to visit us 3 times in the last 4 months. I personally stayed here two nights. The entire experience is terrible. The air conditioners do not work properly, no ventilation, stuffy rooms. The staff at the reception is rude. Once they tried to charge me for a mineral water bottle i did not use and when we complained about the rooms and air conditioner, the staff was very rude to us and told us that the photos online are fake. We did not get the room we had booked and were given an interior room. Lastly, the breakfast buffet food is terrible..the taste and quality are sub par and although there are a few items on the menu, none of them are any good.

All thing is good except A/C Very baad air conditioner please check A/C before taking room

Rockland Hotel Panchsheel has a courteous staff , immaculate rooms and at a really good price in the heart of city . Food is delicious and room service is good too . Always the first option . Definitely recommended for all .
