Rockland Hotel C R Park - Hotel in New Delhi - South East, India

Worst hotel I have ever experienced. Very small rooms, cost very high, if they found ur not local, they staff behaviour becomes very rude. I booked a deluxe room which looks like an ordinary rooms, nothing in the bath room, dirty towel, not that clean. My experience in this hotel is worst in Delhi. Rooms are very small and smelly. The rooms deserve 1000 indina rupies only. I paid 4000 for that rooms online. I booked online. So please don't do that mistake to book this hotel, or if any one is booking this hotel then pay one third of the prized of the hotel room.

Tour company got this room but if you are on foot there isn't anything close by. The room was nice but we were supposed to get a twin bed room but the hotel did provide a kids bed. The staff and restaurant was top notch.

Good notes: - The bed was very comfy and clean - Room was spacious and well lit - The location is great Bad notes: - Poor water pressure and not all-day-round hot water - Booked an airport shuttle through my booking AND confirmed with reception the day before: Nothing was done the day I needed the shuttle - On top of the shuttle: I'm pretty sure I was charged twice for that - A/C can just be turned on and off: no control - Food is decent but pricey for the quality OK for a night, but I'd suggest to go someplace else for a longer stay (a 10min walk from this Hotel is the Muse Sarovar: a bit more pricey but well worth it to avoid any troubles)

Staffs and front desk people are very polite and good attitude and budget friendly hotel..BUT the rooms were stinking and not clean.. they have applied bedbug spray in beds so it was almost difficult to breathe.. had to keep room open for few minutes.. Its having old type analog A/c controller.. You will not get hot water whole day.. hot water is opened for a certain timings only. Limited parking.. Nothing much to see around the hotel.. Tamrid restaurant at basement, food is good other than chicken..

Rooms are nice n clean & the location is good. But the room service I found was a bit expensive overall was a single night stay all good.

Good hotel with allmost all basic amenities of a budget hotel.

Amazing place to stay for business or leisure. Great food, best hospitality and super courteous staff. Have enjoyed my multiple stays here. Feels like coming back again and again. Thank you, @Hotel Rockland.

We booked here thru our travel agent. Room was too small and we asked for change the room. The staff were too good for let us change the room. The room was bigger and cleaner than the previous. Breakfast was ok. Location wise nothing much around.
