Okay for Budget stay, Pocket friendly, Rest rooms were clean but quite small.Location, Parking and other facilities are big minus..!!! Hot water was not available...and also for sometime not even cold water was available. They told that they ordered water and it is not supplied to them. If you want just a room with bed and rest room then can go for this...But if you are expecting bit more then skip this place.
Reception peoples were kind and friendly tp customer and especially watchman helped alot. Only disadvantage is heater is not working in many rooms.
As per the T&Cs, nothing wrong so to say. AC room, as committed, was there. Close to the highway, as committed, was there. Within budget, as committed, was there. What was not in the T&Cs - 1) 'clean' towels that have been used over a million times, washed as many times, irrelevant. 2) based in a locality that smells like a non-veg restaurant, even inside an 'AC room', leaving guests to decide whether opening windows or locking them down is a better idea - just to lock out the smell. So, as mentioned, stay there if no other option is available for your budget, but not if there is something even a whiff better than this hotel. FYI, there is no in-house restaurant. Tea, precisely/literally next door costs 7, but in the hotel costs 20.
Poor maintainance. Poor quality. AC not working. Bathroom is not clean. Shower is not working. Bed was hard. No remote control available fir TV. No ventilation. Overall worst place to stay.
Good hotel with all facilities. Rooms are small, but ok for family. TV is there in room and hot water is available. Bathrooms are neat and clean. But in my room shower was not working.

Best hotel in Dindugul. Rooms are really good and well maintained. Only thing is they will have chocolates, beer, water bottle kept readily in each room but don't take it unless it is necessary as it is double the cost. Rest the ambience is good.
Clean and reasonable room, lift available, toilet was clean, hot water available, no wardrobe as such - just two big shelves to keep things, quite some mosquitoes in the non ac room.
