Location was right in the centre of the city exactly what we were looking for. Rooms were spacious, nicely done, clean and neat. Great accessibility to restaurants, bike rentals, bus station all within walking distance. Loved the entire stay experience.

Rooms are well maintained.Service is good.But it has very poor facility for parking.Quite expensive if we consider overall hotel quality.
It would have been better, if the hotel had its restaurant too. But otherwise this is beautiful location, very close to main bus stop and staff was helpful in arranging auto and cabs for your too.
We stayed for 1 day here family friendly spacious rooms. Beautiful interiors , spacious bathrooms,cozy beds, balcony with good ventilation hasle free checkin and checkout. Worth for stay. Only less parking space and no complementary food
Stayed here with family as we had to get head start early morning to another place via Chikkamagalur. Firstly room was still available when I called late in the night. They accomodated our request for rooms which was good. Only in the morning did we realise clogged sink, no hot water, no service also at reception as I think it is because of limited staff. For the price paid i would rather stay in a different hotel where atleast you get few aminities right..
