Its a very good cricket coaching and fitness training.its a good environment and we enjoy here with new skills and with the equipment there in coaching the fee structure is also reasonable comparing other coachings. The trainer's are well qualified
Fitness training given by ARK just did not reduced my inches but also increased my confidence levels and strength. I have learnt how to battle a health condition with physical activity. The trainer is so good in understanding the body mechanism and trains accordingly. Getting trained under him is tuff, but I am enjoying myself being tuff.
