I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this gym, and I would strongly advise against joining. There are several significant issues that made my time at this gym a complete disappointment. First and foremost, the management is abysmal. They were not only unhelpful but also shockingly rude. I faced a medical issue that prevented me from attending the gym, and despite my genuine reasons, they refused to refund my fees or let me continue my membership. I hadn't even set foot in the gym, and yet they were so inflexible. It's clear that they only care about your money and nothing else. Their customer service was atrocious as well. Whenever I tried to discuss the matter, they conveniently "lost" my calls or cut them off in the middle of the conversation. It was as if they were actively avoiding dealing with my concerns. In addition, the owner of the gym was virtually inaccessible. It seemed impossible to reach them with any questions or concerns. The rest of the staff wasn't any better. They were uncooperative and showed little interest in assisting or finding a solution to my problem. To add insult to injury, the facilities were far from desirable. The locker rooms were in a dismal state and emitted a constant, unpleasant stench. Hygiene seemed to be a foreign concept to them. In summary, please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this gym. Their facade of being nice and accommodating disappears the moment they have your money in hand. After that, they couldn't care less about your experience or your concerns. This gym is a prime example of how terrible management and awful customer service can ruin what should be a positive and beneficial fitness experience.

Just talking about this 1 thing that in this gym the staff never turns on AC like in a year of 365/366 days the AC is turned on for less than a month that too if we count the avg no. of hours it's turned on, it is less than an hour. And it's not that we haven't reported this to them, they give very lame and ridiculous excuses like the remote can't be found, some people don't want AC(even though everybody wanted the AC to be turned ON), if the AC is turned on the body sweat odour is there so girls don't want AC, and this 1 excuse which was the lamest was that a single person can't push the glass windows(for shutting them) without taking the help of another person so they say they struggle to do so and thus the AC can't be turned ON and btw this is the gym trainer that told us so. I even asked this to AI, even it understood our situation...it's response " The reasons you mentioned for not turning on the AC seem quite unusual and may not be valid in most situations. If everyone wants the AC on, it's usually better to address any concerns or issues that may be preventing it from being used efficiently, such as finding the remote or providing assistance with closing windows. This place honestly sucks, the staff is definitely the worst, I mean I don't understand how a team can boast about giving excellent customer service when in reality all y'all do sit on your rich seats and act like your money and you are the only two things that matter. The least you can do is be decent human beings when others (esp your very own customers) are going through hell but every individual that works here from the receptionist to the owner are so full of themselves that they can't see past their own priorities, and to hell with your rules! You capitalist scumbags ate my money and refuse to have proper communication with me, like I get it, you all probably never felt any love in your life from your parents or literally anyone else because of how miserable and unruly y'all are. Like if you don't change your ways, look forward to doom cuz I'm definitely praying on your downfall the way I have been treated this past week.
