A Disheartening Dubai Trip: Not Worth the 5-Star Label Our much-anticipated 5-star Dubai package turned into a series of letdowns. The promise of private cabs for our group of five fell flat as sharing rides with others multiple times. Private cabs did not waited for 10 minutes, the "private" experience meaningless. Add to the frustration, pre-paying for the Future Museum, we were left standing outside, missing out on an experience we were looking forward to. It's disheartening when you pay for a premium package and get anything but a premium service. Definitely wouldn't recommend this disappointing experience.
My experience was the worst in Malaysia. All the drivers were rude and 1st day the driver left because were a little late. Then he said take taxi and go yourself.Moreover, our address given to drivers was wrong and they were so rude to us because of this fault from management. We had to wait for drivers, we were basically exploited. Also, things that were promised in the itinerary were missing. The guy told us that itinerary and package are two different things ( we paid accordingly and now they say these are different things). WORST TRIP EVER

Most reliable people in tricity. I was a little concerned like everyone dealing with new travel agency , for gaining trust the owner of the agency asked me to pay a little amount in advance of 5000, in exchange he provided me with my flight tickets , hotel booking and complete travel voucher for my Bali trip. Then i send the rest of the payments afterwards. Trip was a total success. My flight landed there at 4 am , they were available on call from India at that time also. I request everyone reading this , don't get scammed and trust this agency blindly.
