RNS Highway Hotel - Hotel in Murdeshwar, Mavalli - Uttara Kannada, India

Receptionist does not understand English. Hotel staff won't respond at all. Telephones are name sake. Room service is poor. Lift won't work. Power goes off multiple times. AC won't work and if it works only at 22c. I really had a bad experience in here. And as a complimentary they provide break fast = 1 idly and 1 Wada.

Good parking space. Rooms to be kept clean. The management needs to be quick in attending to the guests. They take very long for both the check inn and the check out process.

Worst service ever experienced..... They charge 150 for hot water and power goes 10 times in a day... Telephones are only for name sake. Water leakages everywhere They do not deserve even rating of 1. Very very disappointing. Would never ever recommend anyone even if they offer rooms for free. Disgusting attitude.

It's very clean place to stay , cost effective .better than picture they have . Appreciated the rooms we got for stay

Food is highly good....they serve it quickly also. Amazing. Try king fish once over here....you will definitely get super taste

The stay was good, the rooms were clean and the food was a 8/10. The bad thing was that the hotel staff(room boy) was lazy regarding taking the luggage to the room , the restaurant staff were not answering the call most of the time and there was only one power socket for our electronic devices which did not function properly.

Located on highway. Room size is okay but non AC rooms maintanence is not upto the mark. Restaurant is there but guests are mostly taking food from outside restaurants!

Good hotel and hospitality services ...only 2 km from temple .if you have your own car ,you can stay in this hotel ..price is also low ...Good resturent in hotel
