Yes, the resort is old and there are a few minor issues but those can be easily overlooked as you sit in your room and watch the sunset over the Arabian Sea while listening to waves crashing on the shore just a stone's throw away. On the other side beautiful green hills adorn the view. The rooms are clean, food is good and the staff is hospitable. It is quiet and yet only a couple of kilometres from the Murudeshwar Temple. In fact, if you walk up to the beach, you get a great view of the temple from the resort itself.
Nothing good expect that it is next to beach. Rooms and entire property is old and need maintenance, very bad service - called in morning but no one to pick up calls for 30mins, lift broken and worst was breakfast - nothing was good. Ordered food and it was pathetic, had to send it back and they repaired it and sent back !!!! Even 2 star hotels have better service and breakfast. Very far from temple as well. Don't know why they charge so high, not worth at all, felt waste of money. PLEASE SKIP !!!
This is such a great resort. This property has a kind of private beach. Ample space to play. Food is okayish. Close to Murudeswar temple/beach. Great place to have quality family time. Book this property, only if you have your vehicle.
The gulf resort is a must stay. 1. Great location n beautiful surroundings. Scenic beauty and can enjoy ur private beach. 2. Service is excellent. Staff professional. 3. Tasty breakfast (complementary) 4. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Big and properly ventilated . Big balconies, huge french windows to the balcony . A must stay if u are in murudeshwar.
The resort is located next to the beach, but it is middle of nowhere! The rooms are spacious and clean. However, if your purpose is visiting the temple, then RNS residency is better option. There is nothing negative about this property, but the price to value is low.
The Resort is a perfect blend of scenic beauty encompassing mountain views on one side and beach view on the other. It's a beautiful golf course and we saw peacocks roaming around the property. It is a huge property breaking down to 60 acres in total area. The food was really pleasant and fresh. They have a unique rule in their service. They only have all women staff during day shift and all men staff during the night shift. The service in total was appreciated by us.
The resort boasts a fantastic location, offering breathtaking views and a mesmerizing pool. The nearby beach is a sight to behold, enhancing the overall worth of staying at this place. However, there are areas that require improvement. Despite claiming to have a dedicated nature cure area, there is a noticeable absence of such a space or any facility for Ayurvedic treatments. The resort is in need of better maintenance and a revamp of certain elements. The food, while satisfactory, could be enhanced, and the staff could benefit from being more proactive.
Had Lunch here. Probably the best resort in murudeshwar. Clean and neat AC restaurant. 5 mins from highway and location on beach. GOOD FOOD at slightly higher rate.
