RnB City Centre Hotel - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

This hotel was very good and our stay was very confortable. Room was spacious with most of the amenities. Bathroom was fine with good cleanliness and geyser. There was TV, sofa, center table, electric kettle, AC etc in the room. Ordered food was nice but a bit costly. They charged Rs 40 + taxes for just barely 200 ml of milk....may be this is the right price there...I do not know.

First time I stayed in any hotel of Rajasthan where they are serving unlimited breakfast. And believe me, it was nothing like what you normally get in hotels of South. Menu had: aloo prantha, bread jam, tea,raita only. Service was good. Room and bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly and mannered. Only problem which we faced was, they gave us the room where the door was having lock issue, whole room service people were aware of that, but the receptionist guy intentionally gave us that room. We informed then immediately, but nothing changed, they didn't allocate us the new room ( 90%of the rooms were empty ) Lift stopped all of a sudden, no one is acknowledged that issue. We informed front desk guy also, but nothing happened. So, my experience regarding room , front desk guy and unlimited food was not good. Otherwise station was at walking distance, parking space is not available.

Very bad hotel. Staff are very rude. I booked via OYO. a single room for me and my friend. They denied early checkin more than that they denied the double room which we booked online. they told they have only two single rooms. the staff are very rude behaviour. Even it is near to railway station it is in a narrow street very difficult to access. if there is negative star I will give this hotel that.

The place is in a shoddy region near Jaipur Junction with unmannerly crowd. The room was inferior. The AC was controlled by reception. So if someone had to on/off AC, he has to call the reception. The lift wasn't working. So me and my wife had to climb three storeys. Moreover, when I checked out, their payment machine wasn't working. The receptionist insisted on 'cash'. This speaks volumes about the hotel. The only thing good was food. This was a bad experience!

We booked the room. Through OYO. On reaching the hotel, the receptionist told us all hotels in the area have boycotted OYO due to differences in payment terms and hence would not allot rooms. However, we booked rooms directly and had a pleasant stay. OYO customer care executives gave false hopes of getting better hotel in nearby area and it turned out they gave me hotel 80kms far from jaipur strain and RnB hotel! OYO keeps teeing us to make payment ASAP to book room at discounted rate but then no room. Is allotted and one has to quarrel for refunding the amount.

They just loot the people... Booking was showing over OYO, but after booking and full payment while check-in they made the statement that they don't accept the bookings through OYO... The inconveniences which me and my family has faced over there while check-in was too worse. They not even know the term Hospitality and treatment to guests. Well finally after that incident hope never gonna book the property again...

The rooms are clean and spacious. If you stay over here I advise you to go out and take a auto by yourself. Otherwise if they call for an auto. They take auto fares which are way too much and will take you to places where they have some commissions waiting for them. So if you want to go for sight seeing like the bazaars of Jaipur just walk a few steps on to the main road it's nearby only. And take an auto. It will be way too less. Have a safe and happy journey

Overall experience was ok. Faced lots of difficulties when checked in this hotel. Staff should be trained to behave in good manner with customer
