Visited this place for an injury. Outstanding service from every staff, ably led by Dr Lakshmi. No words to describe the commitment and personal touch, that really heals. Service from the heart. God bless you Dr Lakshmi.
Emergency casuality available. Neat and clean. Well maintained. ICU available. Systematic approach in diagnosis. Well behaved staff and Doctors. Training for para medical subjects. Reasonable cost of treatment.
Neet and clean Hospital. Wonderful treatment, very stesty food over all super 5 star rating
Hospital is well maintained. Good ambience. Caring is good. Best Multispeciality hospital in Tiruvannamalai.
Please don't believe the old ratings it's totally different now... all they have is doctor with no experience and money minded people.. 3 days will cost you 30k. They will somehow manage to make it up like that. No scan facility available there please don't believe if they say it's available. And no transport facilities to that place
Patient care is good. Staffs speak kind words. Cleaning is good. Doctor and nursing care also good.
We were newcomers in the area in difficult circumstances and without a support system. The kindness and services extended to us when we became temporarily ill at the same time made us feel appreciated and valued as new patients. The staff at all levels was friendly and obliging, the facility itself clean and attractive. This hospital out in the countryside yet close to Chengam Road has on call experts that make trips to town unnecessary. We also appreciated the fulltime homeopathic doctor and pharmacy on site, dorm and private rooms available, operating theater, and many other features of a well equipped hospital. We hope the government will realize the value of using this hospital to improve the health needs of local students in a substantial way. The political leaders should see that the hospital can expand its camps to include all students rather than leave out so many whose studies and ambitions need good health to maximize.
Requesting management to take a look at areas that they can better do the service: Drinking Water - There is no drinking water freely available which is not good sign of developing hospital. Purifiers deployed in every ward but not in use as I've seen. Food - There is no food for patients except idly. Most of curries, sambar, other items made are with more chillies and spices which is not obviously eatable by patients as they will have throat pain, or some form of stomach issues. Cost of food is high considering the quantity and quality they provide in that area. Price should be much lesser than they offer now. Hot Water - Hot water also not available for drinking, washing or bathing which is mandatory in hospital for patients. This is not government hospital to ignore or not to expect. Mode of payment: They accept only cash, not sure how they sustained during demonetisation as every business entity bought/had swipe machine everywhere in india. You should make sure you have sufficient cash in hand before admission or after that for buying mandatory medicines. Staff behaviour: Most people are good and caring. On non-nurse and non-doctor type of staffs, little correction needed in terms of expectation towards money. This involves hospital name. Also attenders and visitors and should be treated with due respect. Ambience and Location: Very nice and natural surroundings. Clean surroundings. However mosquitos made problem quite a while. Cost of service and Medicine: Mostly MRP price few with some discounts Insurance support - If you need private medical insurance the claim will not be supported here, if required the preperation and documentation charges would be extra. Not sure of details about insurance they support Admission experience: Good, got admitted after consultation with general physician. Discharge experience: Requested for discharge in morning 9:20 after waiting for duty doctor availability of after 2 hours which is fine. I have cleared bills by 11:00 as soon as they gave intimation about settlement. I got discharge summary by 12:20 pm. But they've waited for lab summary which almost took till 15:00. They have it during diagnosis they could have given it. In total discharge took almost a day. Diagnosis: Doctor gave me with admission form for required tests, in results it was shown as Typhoid positive with measurements. But in discharge summary it was seen as Viral fever.
