They have charged 2500 for the bedroom but while asking about the water they bought the water bottle and asked the charges of rupees 20 per bottle actually it's basic criteria to give atleast 2 water bottles while we stay in the room! I am bit disappointed regarding this I didn't face like this in other hotels which I stayed in past. Rest everything is good.
I was about to enter your hotel for service , Satish (I believe that's his name,he is the one with the drawn mustache) has been too rude and thrown us away for no reason. We visited rmc since it is nearby bessy and we need rooms for changing dresses for our photoshoot. Very cruel behavior and he is little male chauvinist by nature. Please raise a red flag for that guy in rmc reception. Thanks .
Exorbitant price for relatively tiny rooms. Bathrooms are congested and not convenient. Barely any room for movements within rooms.
Personally I don't like it because Rate is too high 2400 but not provide water and tv not working wifi also not working.....No help of room boy room cleaning also nobody comming....such a bad experience ever
Very economical & well maintained lodging in Chennai. Rooms & toilets were clean. 24 hours check in facility available. Staff is cooperative. Near to IITM & Chennai airport. Lots of food facilities are available near this lodging.

Very economic and cost friendly. Room service is very fast and but room boys need more discipline. Very near to beach at around 1.5km.Locality have all kinds of shops and services. Owner is very friendly and understanding.
