I don't want to give even a single star. Worst travel I have ever seen a bus like this There are no proper beds, bedsheets, & clothes, and a bad smell is coming from inside the bus. And the ETA is 7 am to Karaikudi from Bangalore, but I reached here at 8.15 am Also, there is no proper response from the driver and cleaner, if anyone asks them.
Useless travels they dont mind about passengers. Think twice or never think of booking this travels. They are operating this bus only for parcel. Vairam and Renganathan starts at 10.45 pm and reaches 7 Am to karaikudi. This bus will start at 9.30 and reach karaikudi by 8.30 AM. Stay away from this travels. Better cancel your plan then to travel in this bus..
Worst.. Bad.. Terrible.. Horrible.. Ppl who want safe and peaceful travel should never opt for RKT. The ac belt gets cut every time. Driver says he can't help. We have to spend a night full of sweat, bp and vomiting. When asked to sort out the issue, the helper opened the safety window and continued the travel which is of very high risk (pic attached) You can't bet your life for one night travel with RKT. Avoid RKT travels in future trips for ur money and physical health
For night travels, dont go early to this area to wait. Milions of mosquitos. Else stay in your car with aircon.
Very worst experience. Starting time 1 o'clock but actually starting 1.45. Today bus also breakdown. Alternative bus coming after 2 hours.
Traveling bus experience is different but this is all about the office. Management should consider the passengers wait time since too much hot inside the office and you can't bear the mosquitoes both inside and outside office.
Cheapest travels. Mostly they use as courier service. Don't expect for ontime arrival. delayed by 1 hour or more. AC chillness is Good. Customer service is good. Before 2hrs they will call u and confirm ur location and arrival of bus time
The cost for travel is low. Reached Chennai as per the time given by the bus operator.
