Located at about a km from chathiram bus stand (Auto charges max Rs. 50 to reach here from chathiram bus stand). Has AC sleeper buses to Bangalore & Chennai and Tirupati. Manageable sleeper seats at affordable price. Provides blankets and charging points. Quality of air conditioning is not very great.. But worth the money. Expect delay of 1 hr (as bus starts from Central bus stand and they wait for all seats to be booked). They don't provide water bottles and no TV. Buses via salem have a resting stop at RKT salem office. It has a good Veg restaurant (Hotel Mayuri - must try for travellers) nearby RKT salem office. Has minimal level waiting area with ample seating. Restroom available at 3rd floor in the complex, but in pathetic condition. Attendants at the office are helpful in booking tickets offline, but can't help us with bus delays.

Worst travel agency. The driver behaved very badly. I booked a C1 ticket and they gave A1. When I questioned them they said the seat was damaged. But another passenger is sitting there. They are not giving any value to customers. They reached the stop late by 1 hour. Don't prefer this agency it is very bad. You are paying money and getting very bad treats from them.

Very worst travels. They don't value customers , poor service, harsh drivers. Very late to all destinations. Rkt travels waste

RKT tours and travels is very good position of the Trichirapalli --District and Karnataka state. Very comfortable travel time and very comfortable journey. All the buses are very good condition and very clean.Bus drivers are very trained and tallent. Pickup location and pickup time is very good. Trichirapalli to Bangalore and Bangalore to Trichirapalli via Salem is very fine trip. Totally very nice.

It was a really good experience, but there were some drawbacks. Mainly, the AC can't be switched off, they didn't provide any blankets and the staff are not very friendly. Please look into those matters.

RKT Travels in one line is Money first Customer last.. Please do not opt for this bus if travelling in Trichy - Tirupathi route. There are better buses available from trichy. This is one of the worst travels I've come across. Their ticket fare policy is the most funniest you'll ever listen to. They charge twice the actual price when booked well in advance and reduce it to actual fare 2 days before. Also their bus quality is very poor. Office staffs don't respond properly. I wonder if a Owner or a manager exists. Despite waiting for 2hrs wanting to meet either of them due to a problem no one showed up. The female staffs in the head office definitely need to know how to treat a customer. No one from drivers, office staffs or the owner behaves responsibly. Have been a regular customer for years and I'm witnessing a steep decline in their quality of service in both the infrastructure and customer relationship. If not rectified will definitely lose their stand in the market.
