Very nice service apartment in the heart of the city. We stayed in a Deluxe 2 Bedroom flat, which had all facilities and very clean and hygienic. RK is very responsive and always available for any support needed. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Enjoyed the stay.
I had a wonderful stay at RK's Rahul Residency in Mangalore. The owner's (RK) hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. Extremely accommodating, he arranged everything I needed, offered helpful insights on local attractions, and turned my trip into a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend this comfortable and welcoming place.
Good service apartment..The rooms were clean and hygienic. They served tea and biscuits also on request in the morning. The owner has a hostel also right next building.He is very friendly and helped us for anything we needed. The location is also well placed.
A friendly service apartment which is very well situated and has all of the conveniences of a decent hotel but at a better price point. Kindly note place is generally in demand so plan in advance and reach out directly for best offers. As a bonus Mr RK is a pleasant person to chat with too.
The rooms and toilets were clean. There was hot water available at all time. The staff was hospitable. The place was accessible and at the heart of the city. It was very easy to commute, as there were autos outside the place. We could even swiggy food to the rooms. Overall, I would rate it as a very good service apartment.
The owner Rahul was a kind and considerate person. We stayed there for a day and night. Room and bathroom were clean. They were a little small, though. Drinking water was available. Hot water and ac were available in the room. Nearby restaurants are not there. But central mall is just 1.5 km away.
0 rating. Not trust worthy. Most of the positive reviews may be from his friends. He takes the booking initially and not accept any advance (so he can play around). If some other customer book for longer stretch he cancels your booking without informing. Think twice before booking with this immature guy.
RK ma'am is simply the best. He will help you in every way possible to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are near and clean and the price is pocket friendly.
