Very poor service and no proper response from reception , many times doctors will not be available, they have only building,fans, lights, ect... Doctors will give appointment but will not come on time or leave before patient comes and say silly reasons

The facilities and cleanliness of Rkb Hospital the best in thiruvallur ,lab technicians are well trained and knowledgeable in this hospital....on weekends the only hospital giving proper service in this area 24/7

Lab reports are quick and timely. We visited on Sunday evening for fever was worried but the hospital staff were supportive and the nurses were very matured. Dr Aparna was kind enough to stay till our results and supported. Thanks team.

The lab issues results promptly. The staff are courteous. Many tests not done in other labs in Thiruvallur are available here. Thank you for your service. The most spacious and clean hospital. The care by nurses is good. The doctors and staff are kind.

Poor response when called . Tried three phone numbers for atleast 10 times each but no one answered the call . Poor management . What would they do if any emergency

Phone calls not attended by receptionists for doctor's appointment. Poor service.

Sincere request to management/ pharmacy to have 2 staff/ nurse at pharmacy, reception and emergency during the peak 5-9 pm rush. It's sad to see The lone staff at pharmacy overworked and the frustrated patients. Sometimes even the doctor has to wait till patient gets the medicine as single person is at the counter It is like government hospital queue at the pharmacy. I waited almost half an hour watching the poor pharmasist get the medicine , bill it , collect cash and explain how to take the medicines to 5+ patients waiting in queue till it wasfinally my turn. Otherwise grateful for the clean and spacious premises. Dr. Shivaganesh sir is a skilled and kind pediatrician. Happy to have got his consultation at RKB. He will patiently wait and clear your queries. He himself will administer the vaccine to the baby.
