It is located 5kms away from RTC Bus Stand and is located city outskirts. Horrible with zero safety standards. They don't even have a proper window curtains. I had to live for one night in a helpless state. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Staff is more worried about for what amount we have got the booking done on travel portal. Zero customer service nor they are trained.
Poor service, I don't know how does get such a hotel 4star. Bedsheets seemed like old one, not fresh. TV was not working, Curtains were not covering windows. No hand wash, no soap in bathroom.( I went to reception personally to get soap). Dirty bathroom. Nobody attended reception phone. No water heater available. Overall pathetic conditions....
These guys didn't give the room for a family. The reason they told was they didn't allot room for ladies. Ladies will get room in the day time only. Only gents will get room here. Please never go to this hotel. The staffs were very rude.
