ReVisited after 6 years...it totally changed Service is tooo worst Food taste is not even average Person who picks the order very careless and very irresponsible .... Customer satisfaction is not a point of consideration.... Went with very good hope and happiness and came back with worst experience
Food was tasty here, they maintain good quality and orders are always quick,I ordered mini chicken biryani for my sister and she gave a very good feedback.Raitha and gravy is also thick.I used to taste this food when I go home regularly.Nice suggestion for food with family.
The room was spacious, but the hygiene in the washroom was pathetic. Cockroaches were roaming around in the room. The linen provided too was dirty. The staff didn't even bother to provide basic amenities like water bottle, tea & sugar bags. Only plus point is the rooms are spacious. Considering the location, it's better to try out other nearby hotels, especially if you are coming along with your family.
Food Quality has degraded over time... Once upon a time, it used to be a good restaurant. Now, their ambience is pathetic with blue lights with which you can't even read the menu. They won't accept any other form of payment except Cash. Not even UPI apps like phonepe, Gpay,etc.., Taste is average and will not give any authentic restaurant vibes. It would be curious to see how this restaurant will change in order to tackle their competitors like Vihaar & Nakshatra in the business, who are a lot better in comparison to RK Paradise.
I am from Mysore and i recently went to my in-law house which is at Machilipatnam. When I asked about a good restaurant in MTM, most of them suggested to go to RK paradise. Then I decided to take my family out there for having dinner. We ordered Chilli chicken, RK Sp chilli chicken, chicken tandoori, Fry piece chicken Biriyani, Chicken dum biriyani, Prawns biriyani, Hot and sour chicken soup. Out of all these, i feel okay with chilli chicken and rest of them below the standards of eating (Iam not considering the taste of these items). I think eating some fried rice at roadside is better than eating Biriyani here (its full of oil, low quality rice, not having taste). Coming to the soup that we ordered, its so stupid that you can call this as soups (its a gravy !). We didn't had even 2 spoons of it and we sent all soups that we ordered to the person who made it in RK paradise. My sincere suggestion, please remove soups from your menu card as i completely wasted my money for your soups to threw it in dustbin. Coming to the service staff, I think this restaurant wont survive with this kind of servicing staff. I feel sorry to say this "they are not well mannered and they are rude". Please work on your service staff to make the customers feel good about your restaurant. Give feedback forms at the end of the dining to the customers, so that you can get a feedback to survive in this competitive world. Dont think that name and fame of the restaurant wont make you run long. Only through your customers satisfaction, you can achieve this. I am sorry to say this "Here the ordered items are below the standards of eating".

Possibly once if the worst hotels I've ever stayed at! Spacious rooms but clearly not taken care of. Stains on sheets and pillows, shower head not spraying well, rotten wood and stains throughout. The worst part were the roaches! It was ok as long as the lights were on it was ok. Once the lights went out they came out from the bed, baseboard and cabinet. I killed 10 on the floor and 4 on my bed.
It's very poor ambiance and they give a menu it's like a book late and its very uncomfortable and we ordered sp chicken biryani it's tastes sweet and the waiter brings it very ugly like it cames out of the bowl and the beverages are not at all cool we feel very bad experience
