All facilities are available but the management hesitates to provide it.. Very bad.. Not recommended.. we wanted to do a wedding reception there but since we had our own food ordered and used they hesitated to provide their facilities.. very bad management and manager..

The bar is on the back of the restaurant. It is spacious and has good collection of beer ranging from Kingfisher to Heineken.. The restuarant is having a wide menu from which one can order whilst at the bar. What is lacking is air conditioning, and good furniture..

Stayed for 5 times since 2018 jan. very clean rooms. especially toilets and corridor. nice place for stay with family. Bar is also there (local and a/c). But bar and hotel rooms are well separated.

Went for a family function which was arranged in a hall, the hall had only 4 AC units and not even one pedestal fan, which is not at all sufficient for cooling a very large room which could accommodate a maximum of 200 people. The guests were left with sweat and the function turned out to be a mess. Pathetic way of earning money by the management. The management should increase the AC units to another 4-5 units and add 15-20 pedestal fan .

The only decent hotel in Pazhayannur with good food, clean rooms, friendly & courteous staff. We have stayed there twice and both times our experience has been good.

I stayed with my family here . One of the best place to stay in Pazhayanur... very neat and hygiene... nice Service.... because of covid no restaurant available

Raj Residency BAR Hottel situated at Pazayanur main road. Evening time not good for visit with family. Local crowding is high at evening time at BAR. Huge parking available. Non vegetarian is good. Very good ambience on this premises. From Pazayanur Bus stand to here almost 600 Mts only.
